Your Responsibilities.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Keep your password secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Lawful Use

Use Who Paid? only for lawful purposes. Don't use it to create fraudulent documents, violate laws, or harm others. Respect intellectual property rights and privacy laws.

Accurate Information

Provide accurate information when creating your account and documents. Keep your business information up to date.

Payment and Billing.

Free Plan: Basic features are free for up to 10 clients.

Pro Plan: $4.99/month for unlimited clients and advanced features. Payments are processed securely and billed monthly.

You can cancel your subscription anytime. We'll prorate refunds for early cancellations.

Your Data Belongs to You.

You own your data. All documents, client information, and business data you create belongs to you. You can export or delete your data anytime. We don't claim ownership of your content.

Our Responsibilities.

We strive to provide a reliable service, but we can't guarantee it will be perfect. We're not liable for:

  • • Loss of data (though we backup regularly)
  • • Service interruptions
  • • Third-party actions
  • • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

Account Termination.

You can delete your account anytime from your settings. We'll delete your data within 30 days, though some anonymized data may be retained for legal or analytical purposes. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing Law.

These terms are governed by applicable laws. We encourage resolving disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.
